Who Adrian Is
Adrian Provost is an Atlanta-based real estate broker and the founder and chief executive officer of Realty ONE Group Terminus, a licensed Georgia brokerage he founded in 2021 and an affiliate of Realty ONE Group International, where he serves as Global President of Commercial. He is also managing principal of LEVEL, a real estate investment and development firm. Both firms are headquartered at 191 Peachtree Street NE in downtown Atlanta.
He entered the real estate industry in 2010, beginning in residential sales with a focus on investment property, and moved into commercial brokerage and investment sales over the following decade. He holds an active Georgia real estate broker license, number 341770, and is the qualifying broker of record for both firms.
Alongside brokerage, Adrian founded Transcendental Sales, a sales methodology and coaching program that applies research on decision-making and mental performance to how sales conversations are conducted. He also leads the Commercial Collective, a mentorship and sales-development community for real estate professionals across the Realty ONE Group office network. He writes for Inman and is a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council.
